Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Returns Policy  
As our products are consumable, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened.
 
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
 
You must provide:
– Clear images or video of the product  
– Order details  
 
3. Resolution  
After verification, we will offer:
– Replacement, or  
– Refund (if replacement is not possible)
 
 4. Refund Process  
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
 
5. Non-Eligible Cases  
We do not accept complaints:
– After 48 hours of delivery  
– For opened/used products (unless damaged)  
– Due to personal taste preferences
